Why this site exists
In 2025, we started helping a friend who had been declined for a mortgage. What we found was a mess — scattered, sometimes even incorrect and/or outdated information across social media platforms, confusing lender jargon, outdated comparison sites designed to collect your phone number, and no single place that had honest, comprehensive information for people in difficult situations.
So we built what we wished existed.
What makes us different

- No cold calls — we don’t sell your data to brokers. You choose when and how to contact them.
