Why this site exists
In 2025, our founder started helping a friend who had been declined for a mortgage. What he found was a mess — scattered Reddit threads, confusing lender jargon, outdated comparison sites designed to collect your phone number, and no single place that had honest, comprehensive information for people in difficult situations.
So he built what he wished existed.
